With R/D I, R/D II, and CAD/CAM computer-aided design systems, our molds and jigs are produced with high precision to meet specification requirements.

Our core philosophy is “Customer Safety First,” establishing a Regulatory Testing System to ensure the safety of our customers on the road (compliant with European ECE and U.S. DOT standards).
We implement a Reliability Testing System and conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to guarantee product durability and functional quality.
New material development experiments are carried out to ensure material lifespan.
From the very start of R&D, quality assurance has been the fundamental purpose of our development laboratory.
